Instructions for accessing 1098T information on Self Service Banner

After logging into the SGC website:

1. Click on the link Self Service Banner (left hand side of the home page).
    
2. Click on Continue to Self Service Banner (under first full paragraph).
    
3. Click on Enter Secure Area (top link).
    
4. Log into your Self Service Banner account using your student ID # (9280…..) and your PIN number. If you’ve never logged into your account, your PIN number will be your 6 digit birthday (MMDDYY).
    
5. Click on Student Services and Financial Aid.
    
6. Click on Student Account.
    
7. Click on Tax Notification.
    
8. Type in 2011 for the current tax year. You may also access previous tax years by typing in the corresponding year.

Your 1098-T form will not be mailed. Hard copies will be available upon request by contacting the Business Office at 912.260.4240 or email Lisa Bohannon.
